Sucuk is a uniquely tasty, hearty sausage from south-eastern Europe, which has gained many fans here in Germany for good reason. Development of a storage box to prevent odors, for long-term storage and safe transport. The sausage not only dries quickly but also smells intensely, which is of course not always desirable in the fridge.
