The Structor and Metor laser receivers from Androtec are based on an identical housing that we have developed in accordance with protection class IP67. The flexible housing concept makes it easy to realize different expansion stages for the product. This means that the tool costs for the plastic parts can be spread over a larger number of units. industrialpartners was responsible for the product design, product development, prototyping, development of the sealing concept under industrial conditions, article design and qualification of the manufacturers of the tools and housing parts.
The use of interchangeable inserts makes it possible to produce different expansion stages of the product. This means that the receiver can also be sold as an OEM product. The housing parts are produced in aluminum tool inserts.
