Design and product development of a “triActive” electricity storage system for Hycube Technologies GmbH

The HYCUBE tri.Active energy storage system enables an optimum supply and the greatest possible independence from the power grid for your home. The power storage unit has a peak output of 12 kW from the battery and 9 kW in continuous operation.

According to Hycube’s specifications, an extremely flat housing concept was to be developed that would fit into any household room or cellar. In consultation with the Hycube developers, an extremely space-saving concept was realized.

Due to the high quality requirements and the quantities involved, the housing is made of sheet metal parts attached to an aluminum frame construction.
