On behalf of Sendsor GmbH, industrialpartners GmbH developed a modern measuring device for examining lung function. The development goal was to create a precise, ergonomic spirometer suitable for series production that meets high requirements in terms of measurement accuracy, ease of use and design.
industrialpartners was responsible for the holistic product development – from the concept phase to near-series production. The focus was on a balanced combination of functional product design, technical feasibility and economic manufacturability.
The services provided included product design and user experience, mechanical design including article design, design for manufacturing & assembly, prototype and sample construction as well as technical documentation as the basis for industrialization and further approval steps.
In close cooperation with Sendsor, a marketable product concept was developed that convincingly combines user requirements, technical performance and production aspects.
