As part of the project, our team took on a wide range of development tasks: From the initial idea, product design and mechanical construction to article design, technical documentation, sample and prototype construction as well as the identification and selection of suitable production partners, including injection molders and parts manufacturers.

However, an important success factor was the close cooperation with our experienced production partners and sister companies from the HK.Systems holding:

• The input solutions for the product range come from Hoffmann + Krippner GmbH, a member company of our joint holding HK.Systems based in Buchen in the Odenwald – a specialist in innovative input systems such as membrane keyboards and touch solutions.
• Our production partner EPSA Elektronik & Präzisionsbau Saalfeld GmbH was responsible for overall production as well as quality and logistics management. EPSA stands for maximum reliability in the production of electronic assemblies and complete systems.

The result: a modern, robust and flexible personal protection system that works reliably in demanding environments while ensuring a high level of user-friendliness.

In addition, the system is the only one of its kind to have been tested by TÜV Rheinland and the IFA and internationally certified for worldwide use.
