{"id":18100,"date":"2025-12-15T13:06:17","date_gmt":"2025-12-15T12:06:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/industrialpartners.de\/?p=18100"},"modified":"2025-12-15T13:06:29","modified_gmt":"2025-12-15T12:06:29","slug":"innovative-power-made-in-germany-hk-systems-develops-new-personal-protection-system-for-u-tech-gmbh","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/industrialpartners.de\/en\/innovative-power-made-in-germany-hk-systems-develops-new-personal-protection-system-for-u-tech-gmbh\/","title":{"rendered":"Innovative power &#8220;Made in Germany&#8221;: HK.Systems develops new personal protection system for U-Tech GmbH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>industrialpartners GmbH played a key role in the successful development of the new <strong>U-TECH FLEX<\/strong> personnel protection system &#8211; a technologically and creatively sophisticated system that combines modern safety solutions on machines with user-friendly design.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the project, our team took on a wide range of development tasks: From the initial idea, <strong>product design and mechanical construction<\/strong> to <strong>article design, technical documentation<\/strong>, <strong>sample and prototype construction<\/strong> as well as the <strong>identification and selection of suitable production partners<\/strong>, including injection molders and parts manufacturers.<\/p>\n<p>However, an important success factor was the close cooperation with our experienced production partners and sister companies from the HK.Systems holding:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The input solutions for the product range come from Hoffmann + Krippner GmbH, a member company of our joint holding HK.Systems based in Buchen in the Odenwald &#8211; a specialist in innovative input systems such as membrane keyboards and touch solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Our production partner EPSA Elektronik &amp; Pr\u00e4zisionsbau Saalfeld GmbH was responsible for overall production as well as quality and logistics management.
