With the “Smart Call” intelligent beer mat, we have our finger on the pulse of the times, because the old-fashioned cardboard beer mats that only served as coasters are a thing of the past. Together with the glass manufacturer RASTAL, we have developed the digital beverage ordering system. SmartCall offers the hospitality industry an IoT solution for service optimization and sustainable customer loyalty.<\/p>\n

The German Innovation Award recognizes cross-industry products and solutions that stand out above all for their user-centricity and added value compared to previous solutions.<\/p>\n

As part of the HK Systems Group, we developed the design and were responsible for the construction of all plastic parts. With our additive production system HP Multi Jet Fusion, a small series was realized for a quick market entry.<\/p>\n

SmartCall is a joint development of the companies ROBIOTIC, RASTAL and Hoffmann + Krippner.<\/em><\/p>\n
