PREMION-M® replaces the multitude of classic manual measuring devices in the production area. It is a multifunctional measuring center on which (almost) everything that is produced on lathes can be measured and documented.
All measurements on rotationally symmetrical precision parts can be carried out on site with one clamping. Optical and tactile measurements can be combined. This means a considerable time saving and therefore a major cost advantage for your production. This multi-sensor wave measuring device replaces numerous hand-held measuring devices, including a projector for optical measurements.
The high-precision guides with the sliding carriage are mounted on a stable stone base. The various measuring modules are individually mounted on this slide. The workpieces are usually picked up with a tailstock and headstock, between centers.
